Shakes & Smoothies: Soy Cucumber Shake with Coconut
Shakes are an easy and yummy way to consume lots of vitamins. Have them with your salad, or as a snack. Especially great in the summer!
500ml fresh unsweetened soy milk
50ml fresh unsweetened coconut milk
2 small cucumbers, shredded
1 tsp. organic vanilla
6-8 ice cubes (best made with alkaline water)
Finely shred the cucumbers. Then add all ingredients in a blender and mix for more or less 1 minute.
Enjoy this alkaline smoothie, especially delicious for hot summer days!!
