Healthy spread, made out of fresh coriander. Quick, easy and delicious!
Plus, coriander is not only alkaline, but also eases stomach and digestion problems, because of its digestive, anticonvulsive and metabolism enhancing effects.

1-2 green chilis
½ inch fresh ginger
