Alkaline Dressings / Dips: Coriander Chutney
Healthy spread, made out of fresh coriander. Quick, easy and delicious!
Plus, coriander is not only alkaline, but also eases stomach and digestion problems, because of its digestive, anticonvulsive and metabolism enhancing effects.
1. First, chop the coriander leaves, chilis as well as the ginger.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until all are distributed evenly throughout and the chutney gets a smooth and creamy texture.
3. Add more sea salt and/or other alkaline seasoning if desired.
4. Chill at least for half hour in the fridge. Enjoy!
