Alkaline Side Dishes/Snacks: Avocado Sandwich
Did you know that avocados have several health benefits? Scientists have proved that a certain toxin present in avocados is able to kill cancer cells - it is used both in prevention and treatment of prostate and breast cancers.
Furthermore, potassium in avocado can regulate pressure of blood, and oleic acid in avocado can be used to lower cholesterol level in the blood.
So enjoy this healthy alkaline Acovado Bread Snack!
Best to make the baguette one day before you like to eat this snack.
For the bread, soak the sunflower seeds and grind the flax seed.
Then mix both together with the oil and spices (optional) and form small slices of bread.
Put in the food dehydrator over night at 104˚ Fahrenheit.
For the spread, just mix the avocado with the oil and garlic and taste with salt and pepper.
