Why you should eat Graviola (Soursop) today?
Soursop is the prickly fruit that has been taken from the Graviola tree, an evergreen native to Mexico and the southern part of America. Other names for Soursop are custard apple and Guanabana. The fruit has a pH value of 7 which is reasonably alkaline. The taste of the fruit is both sour and sweet. In the rest of the article we use the term Graviola and Soursop interchangeably.
There is a plethora of medicinal uses of eating Soursop as a fruit or leaves. Here are a few examples:
