Want to share my alkaine diet plan cause it helped me a great deal in so many ways.
For breakfast i go for something energizing such as millet or brown, basmati rice with fresh avocado, tomato slices, soaked almonds and sunflower seeds. That is really good for you! Most foods and beverages people choose to begin the day do not increase energy - breakfast cereals, sweet rolls, toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, maple syrup, honey, coffee etc. contain huge amounts of sugars and simple carbohydrates which over-acidify blood and tissues. Even high-protein breakfast foods like eggs, sausage, bacon, omelets, etc., compromise energy levels and ultimately promote the growth of yeast and fungi which leads to illness and motivation and energy deficiencies.
For in between, i go for the green super supplements, green powders and this kind of stuff. The vegetables and grasses in these green powders are very cleansing, high in fiber, an excellent source of alkaline salts, and are anti-yeast, anti-fungal, and anti-mycotoxic as well. I mix it into salads, or drink it instead of water.
Generelly, i go for less carbohydrates and more vegetables, since good, low carbohydrate vegetables alkalize my ssyestem and make me fit, alert and healthy. Complex carbohydrates are highly acid-forming in the body and I try to avoid them. And of course I eat no meat anymore, although I like pasta from time to time. In any way, what you do is your own choice, but following my simple guideline wil certainly push you into new levels of healh and fitness.
